Hamish W Glenister

Legal practitioner director. Hamish is your first point of contact and will be there to advise and represent you every step of the way. Hamish has significant experience acting as counsel and instructing counsel in almost every federal and state court. Hamish puts his clients first and always devotes himself to achieving the best possible outcome for them.

Hamish is passionate about access to justice and the rule of law. He has provided legal services in around 100 matters pro bono, or in a no-win no-fee arrangement. He considers that many of the highlights of his career have come from serving vulnerable members of the community in a pro bono capacity.

Hamish has significant experience in representing clients in Federal Court appeals and judicial review applications. He has particular expertise in partner visa appeals and visa cancellation appeals.

Hamish has also served as the Secretary of the Criminal Lawyer’s Association since 2019 and in that capacity has helped lobby for important changes to executive policy and the criminal law.

David G Pereira

Non-legal practitioner director, migration agent (MARN: 1385022), financial adviser, superannuation expert and tax (financial advice). David has practical real-world experience when it comes to many of the issues faced by our clients and his insight into how best to solve their problems is second to none.

David is registered with OMARA as a Registered Migration Agent and has been providing immigration assistance and advice since 2013. He is also a licenced Tax (Financial) Advisor through the Tax Practice Board and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and has been working as a non-bank aligned financial advisor for over a decade.

In immigration matters, David specialises in Partner Visa applications and has been instrumental in obtaining well over 100 partner visas for his clients. He also uses his extensive background in business to provide invaluable insight into our clients’ situations and identify their best migration pathway.

Since 2016, David has served as Treasurer to Kerry Street Community School. David has previously sat as an informal member of the Board of Baptist Care (WA).
