Visa cancellation appeal for Nigerian man convicted of fraud
Mr O was involved in a fraudulent scheme perpetrated on a property developer. His associates from Nigeria managed to gain access to an email address used by a landscaping company which they used to forward invoices to the property developer for work purportedly done by that landscaping company.

An Indian businessman, sponsored by his Australian citizen wife, applied for a partner visa. The couple had just shared the personal loss of their first child and wanted to continue their life together in Australia permanently and create a family.
