Visa cancellation appeal for Nigerian man convicted of fraud
Mr O was involved in a fraudulent scheme perpetrated on a property developer. His associates from Nigeria managed to gain access to an email address used by a landscaping company which they used to forward invoices to the property developer for work purportedly done by that landscaping company.

Ms S was appealing (seeking judicial review of) a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to affirm the decision of the Minister to refuse to grant her a permanent Partner (Subclass 100) visa.
