Mr O was involved in a fraudulent scheme perpetrated on a property developer. His associates from Nigeria managed to gain access to an email address used by a landscaping company which they used to forward invoices to the property developer for work purportedly done by that landscaping company.

On 2 December 2020, we had a very satisfying win for our client Mr R before the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia in the matter of MQGT v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs [2020] FCAFC 215.

On 14 October 2020, we had a win for our client, Ms P, in an appeal to the Federal Court of Australia: P v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs [2020] FCA 1480.

On 9 September 2020, we had a win for our client, Mr G, in the Federal Court of Australia in the matter of G v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs [2020] FCA 1298.
